Good locstion, clean, good price, and staffs are friendly. I don't need to go to far from pop street and many others interesting places from this hotel.
Nice big and clean. Staff very friendly.
Good location, walking distance to the city centre and the Old Market. Travel shops are nearby if you plan to travel on to other places in Cambodia. Lots of eating places. Hotel is OK, it must have been a nice place once upon a time but now needs major upgrading. Breakfast is pretty poor, not much choices. Priced reasonably.
Very neat n clean rooms. Staff is very helpful.
5 times here since 2013, never disappointed!
staff : 5/5 stars (kindly, friendly, smily)
rooms : 5/5 large, shower or bathroom, silent and stylised
restaurant local food : 5/5 very good to discover the Khmer food here
Bar : 5/5 happy hour each evening even if 1 cocktail is about 3.5$. Buy 1 get 1 free. incredible!
services : 5/5 including visits, booking, advising you and good massages in the room after you come back from the temples
i recommand this hotel for your first trip in Siem Reap.
Authentic, human size and prices very good and cheap
Great stay! Nice receptionists. They offer different tour in temles in Siem Reap. And great buffet breakfast!
They didn't arrange pickup from airport though they claim free pickup. Has no lift, and if you book through 3rd party sites online they'll give you room on higher floor only. The staff aren't very helpful. My room's intercom was broken and wasn't fixed after repeated requests. AC in the room takes it's own sweet time to cool. Breakfast was okay. There may be better alternatives, avoid this hotel if you can.
Nice hotel. Close to night bus transit station
Love the room, the staff are accomodating, the buffet breakfast is great
The room allocated to us had 3 single beds. The room is about 25 to 30sqm. The aircon was good, and the shower area is spacious. The housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean.
The hotel itself is located in a great spot. It is walking distance from PUB street, night market and Angkor National museum.
The buffet breakfast being served in hotel is decent. They had an egg station which was great.
The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The only gripe we had was that they did not arrange for our pick up from the airport when arrived in Siam Reap.
No clean room unless instruct. Tuck service is chargeable & more expensive than outsider. Breakfast is poor service
Friendly staff, good location in fairly quiet area. I really wanted to rate it higher but couldn't, for some basic issues that do make a difference. Wifi didn't work in room for the first 3 days. Breakfast could also be a problem. If you're planning to catch sunrise at Angkor Wat, You can request a box breakfast the evening before. The next morning (if they remember) you'll have 2 pieces of bread, a dry mini croissant, and a mini pastry. They didn't remember on one of the two occasions I requested. Most hotels will offer a box breakfast, and some will include a bottle of water (this hotel didn't). Also, the breakfast buffet would sometimes start a little late (15 minutes or so).
So why 3 stars and not 2? Mostly because the staff was friendly, hotel was clean and quiet. For the price it could actually be worth 4 stars if not for the issues. So. 3.5 stars?
No lift, so be prepared to carry your bags.
Long check in wait time. Rooms were spacious enough but rundown a bit.
Staff didn't inform us about a hidden water heater until we had to investigate how to get hot water.
Clean and Quiet place to stay, but within the walking distance to the night market. Restaurants, shops, ATM are around.
I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, there was convenient room service. It was easy to book a tuk tuk to get around.
