I didn't sleep there but came for breakfast, which was delicious. Nice European young couple that runs the place, which is simple but with a lovely idea behind it that everything is made from.recycles. breakfast was delicious and so cheap: pancake with either home made peanut butter or homemade chocolate spread, both tasty, combined with great Vietnamese coffee.

Did not stay here but was eating at the place next door when the dog barked at someone at which the man from old souls started to beat the dog. It was absolutely disgusting. Talked to a few people and this seems to be a regular occurrence. Do not support this place.

the owner is racist, rude and a sexist. I do not recommend this place at all. Not good vibes.

There is no good vibe in this place, it looks like the typical happy hippy place but it is really not! The owner is rude, disrespectful and totally ungrateful. He treats his girlfriend as a slave, while he sits around and do nothing. Very disorganized, i don’t think he likes having a hostel, he should live in the jungle all by himself so no one bothers him.

Had an incredible time here, but due only to the amazing volunteers and guests. The owner is incredibly rude and talks openly about how he doesn't want guests around He is also dismissive and condescending to his volunteers/ staff who are obviously working hard to live up to the 'good vibes' motto. Their booking system is totally disorganized, each night we stayed people were shuffled (sleeping in hammocks, sharing beds and in open air bed outside the dorm during a thunder storm-twice). After all this, the owner didn't honour the hostel word deposit we made. Just a weird and unpleasant way to end an otherwise really nice visit. Overall had to give a one star even though we had an awesome time, especially due to the fact that the owner literally complained about having too many guests and it feeling more like a hostel than a house and threatening to stop providing pancakes

Owner was rude and gave off bad vibes. Honestly not worth if it wasn't for the great volunteers and amazing guests but honestly go elsewhere for better vibes

It really feels less like living in a hostel more like you just staying at a friend's place.
Really nice vibes super friendly owner and damn good pancakes!
