  Rooftop bar stays open till late in the night, so if you got a room there you can't sleep.

  Decent but overpriced. Staff was very helpful, roof top bar is a good place to chill out. I would give it 4 stars if it was $15, but we payed $25 for no frills room. Although, might be worth it cuz the $12 room we moved to was pretty horrible, and most of the budget places on the main beach have bed bugs; the happy elephant does not, which might be worth the extra $13 a night.
