Worst client service in Cambodia (and it's hard to reach this performance). The personnel makes you feel unwelcome in the restaurant despite the above the average prices. I guess Russians should stick to invading countries and avoid the hospitality business. Decent food, but be ready for a standoff with the waiters and the managers.

EDEN SEASIDE (old name) = Natural Island Resort (new name)

Very nice bungalows, restaurant. Best price value compared to other resorts on the island. strongly recommended.

We've checked only restaurant: CRABS are here (didn't find anywhere else 🤔 except for non alcohol vietnam cafe), good wine selection, prices mmmm upscale for service could be more attentive. Resume: I recommend for cuisine is nearly 5 stars, service - only 3, but I believe they can change for better.

We ordered the seafood barbecue for two person which was served already cold and sadly executed. Even the price of 16$ is to expensive. Fancy south french country style packaging but poor content.

Room was clean, goodlocation, management teams(Russian) are friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast.
I was stay at garden view room, however the room was too wet, the clothes couldn't be dry for long day, I even got serious allergic due to wet condition, the owner should consider to change the towel because it was poor to absorb water, the cotton always leaves on my body after I used it to dry myself.

The service in the restaurant was pathetic. Me and my travel buddy went for a dinner, as the environment and settings looked inviting. The restaurant had an BBQ on the beach. We were handed a menu to order and were told we can order directly from the beach rather than restaurant. We then had been seated in the restaurant (5 metres away from the BBQ) and ordered drinks. After about half hour when the food was not coming and the three tables who came after us were served we inquired about our dinner and were told we didn't order any. It took few members of staff to explain we ordered meals. A Russian girl who was manning the restaurant told us later on our food was coming, but when we asked when, she would reply she didn't know. Finally I got my meal some minutes later, but we sent it back as we were very clear to say that I and my friend wanted to eat together and not to watch one another while eating. When the food wasn't coming and noone really cared to approach us to tell us what was going on or at least refill our drinks we decided to leave. Suddenly it was 'your food is now ready' and we hesitantly decided to stay and have it. When it was served, the Russian girl spilled water into my friends plate and didn't even apologize. She was clearly frustrated by not only this situation, but by untrained staff.
On top of it - bungalows were quite nice, but we had tons of aunts sharing it with us. At the price of $50 a night, we stayed in much better places that would earn 5* from us.

Communication is pathetic! I couldn't even get passed the booking stage, i was just emailing them to confirm the bungalow was facing the sea, i got a lot of replies to the point where the person was trolling me clearly but this is what you can expect from this place. I read previous bad reviews on this resort, but i thought i would give it a chance. Maybe there was a chance this could be great, but clearly they could not even answer directly the question i asked more than 4 times. Instead they told me to go to another hotel? really strange

My digital camera was stolen from the beachfront bungalow I stayed in here. During our stay, we decided to spend one night on the other side of the island. I made a point of leaving my camera in our bungalow, because it does not work well in the dark - thus I did not see the point in bringing it with me. I left it in my bag, remembering exactly which pocket it was left in. We locked our bungalow door, double checked everything and left for the night.
I came back the next day to see that my camera was gone. We inquired about the issue with staff only to hear that it was "impossible". The argument was that we were the "only people" who had the keys to the bungalow. However, the bungalow had been entered and cleaned by housekeeping on multiple occasions, proving that there was in fact, another set of keys.
A police detective was invited to the resort to take photos of the inside of the bungalow. And that's all that happened. We heard of no further investigation.
Such a disappointment, as the bungalows on the beach were quite nice. But this is not a place to leave any valuables. If staying here, I would suggest taking all your valuables with you wherever you go, or lock them up SECURELY! The bungalow across from us also had something stolen from them, around the same time.
Unless you are able to lock up your items safely I WOULD NOT recommend staying here. Realistically, you should be able to leave your valuables in your room without any theft at all!!!!!!!!
