Great party hostel. Tons of people are hooking up here. Fun games every night. Awesome chill beach vibe during the day. Go here if you are a fun single person.

Not for couples (unless you swing, haha)
No ATM on island
Watch out for the bar tab system they use -no cash is collected until you leave for the main island - if you can’t pay they take your passport and charge you 10% extra until you pay them back.
Drinks and food are fairly expensive and they are the only place you can order from.

Crazy experience! No WiFi, make friends! You are there with the people in the hostel and thats it. Every night party till 12 and then it stops. Must do for younger people!

Only for party tourists. I slept in a unconfortable hammock and seatsac, because they were overbooked and didnt mind the waiting list. They wantet 6$ for not sleeping (mosquitos, talking people at the beach)
However its a nice and clean place.

Hostel is really well done and nails everything you need for a hostel to execute on. They have plenty of food options, tons of drinks, large bar and hangout area and offer a few things to do for the guests including a fishing and snorkeling tour from 10am-2pm. The snorkeling is truly pathetic but the fishing was a lot of fun - you eat what you catch! There's a volleyball court and we'll done fire show on the beach every few nights. The staff is a mix of locals and foreigners and all were super helpful and accommodating. The place runs on a tab system and as they mention on their website, brings tons of cash bc you have to pay everything at the end and there's no ATM. If you don't have enough, they keep your passport and bring it back to their office in Sihanoukville and charge you a 10% fee on top of your debt, then return your passport. There's a "no Wi-Fi, make friends" policy and service is very spotty at best. There are power outlets in the main hangout area for all to use. We stayed in a bungalow and had no issues with bugs. Really nice they include a towel and the bathroom in the bungalow was not bad. There's some awesome hammocks and swings out in the water which allow for some awesome photos. Don't expect a sunset here as Mad Monkey is on the wrong side of the island. This place can definitely get rowdy with the drinking scene!
