MOLDY room. (7) bathroom has incredibly low ceiling ~5 ft 6! toilet broken. Wifi flaky, view was straight into neighbouring hotel. staff refused refund. Need I say more?

My friends and I booked 3 rooms here in March 2018. We were given a price per night of $14, witch included breakfast. After 3 days, NO breakfast and no clean towels or a room clean, we decided to leave and book in somewhere else. I'm giving 3 stars because they lowered our rate to $12.00 per night and could not apologise enough. Also the fan was not working in the room, so the man that booked us in found another fan and brought it to my room. I feel they were trying to make us comfortable. The manager was just about in tears saying she had only been working there for 6 days.

I really enjoyed my stay in room number 4. It was a good size, the bed was comfortable and I liked the little lounge area. The bathroom was great! Great shower! The view and hight in the room weren't really pleasant, but that's something you can't change. The breakfast was great, I tried the fruit+youghurt+musli, the cake and the burrito, all yummi! The staff is really friendly and helpfull.

I can't even begin describe how much I enjoyed myself at the 84 hotel, not only were the hosts and staff incredible, the room was even better than expected and looked exactly like the photos if not better. Theres a bar on site with a lovely bartender, and the location is perfect. It's only a couple minutes walk away from everything there is in Siem Reap such as the old market and nightlife, but perfectly tucked away so you don't hear the noise of traffic or drunk youngsters. The room I stayed in had a big clean comfy bed, equipped with a toilet and shower. If you're a Canadian this place is an even moreso absolute must, as Jai (the host) lived in Canada and I had a great time talking to him of back home. Do yourself a favor and stay here awhile, you won't regret it and you'll find yourself not wanting to leave. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Jai, the owner of the place will do anything in his power to help. He upgraded our room at no cost, helped us get our visas extended and made us feel like family.

It has a nice Lounge downstairs it has decent rooms with hot water and also has a TV and air conditioning for $4 per night the location is quite amazing it is 5 minutes walk to the pub Street amazing convenience

First place I went to when I started traveling solo. This was 2006.
Simple and spacious guesthouse. Good vibes, located in the inner alleyways, nearby to halal restaurants (google and get driver) and friendly reliable owners.response / report this review -

The rooms are very good value for money and the location is excellent. Five minutes walk from pubstreet, while just far enough to have a quiet night. Some of the rooms are next to a school so you might get some noise in the morning.

One of the best hotel in Siem Reap, I can assure you. Near to everything in the city centre, only walking distance to Night Market, Central Market, Pub Street, etc. Most important thing is less noisy.

Room was a bit damp and musty. And hotel is under refurbishment so some noise and not all serves available. Owner and staff lovely make for a lot of the current issues

This is THE place for you to stay in Siem Reap! The room is so spacious, super clean, quiet and has pleasant vibe The staff is so gracious, helpful and accommodating! I will definitely stay here every time I come to town! Have a wonderful stay like mine!
