  Spacious, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Stunning views from our apartment and the rooftop pool.

  Summary: The only reason why I gave one star is because a minus rating is not possible! I travel a lot and have had partially over 200 hotel nights per year. This is the worst experience in terms of customer service I have encountered so far. I can only warn anyone about booking a stay at Mansion 51 due to their criminal-like behavior.
  
  Background: I have made a reservation via a large booking portal for a 3 night stay (USD 75.60 per night). However, due to family reasons I have asked the booking portal if there is a possibility to change the reservation to a 2 night stay keeping the same conditions. The hotel has agreed but increased the price to USD 260 per night. Yes, that means 1 night is more expensive than the initial 3 night booking I have made. Despite multiple attempts from the booking portal to reinstate the initial conditions and my strong disagreement to this absurd change, the hotel insisted on the USD 260 rate per night. I have had to cancel my stay and the hotel charged USD 260 instead of USD 75.60. Again, I have given a written statement that I disagree and have handed over this case to my credit card company for a refund. The hotel's behavior is fraud from my point of view since I have never agreed to the change the hotel has unilaterally conducted. Please stay away from this place unless you want to get in trouble and face such unpleasant situation!!!
