A bit delipetated and not so good as website picture's, but well situated and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Big rooms, very clean and great breakfast!
The location is also very good. Near to the national museum and to the royal palace.

Very friendly staff with a nice atmosphere and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and spacious. Overall, good value for the money you spend.

The staff is awesome and are very kind and friendly.
The place itself though I would not recommend anyone.
The floors are peeling off and you can see the cement, walls and ceiling have wet patches, and the walls are so thin! One of the night someone in the room next door was blasting his TV and shouting over the phone it was impossible to fall asleep! The staff was also too afraid to talk to the person in the room so I had to - didn't help at all.
For the price paid this place is NOT worth it.response / report this review -

Nice pool, quiet and good location. First room we got on the ground floor was humid and probably had been flooded. Not nice. We asked for another room and we got a nice one on the top floor.

Cosy place, the room and the bathroom was huge. Free coffee and tea facility in the room. Big flatscreen TV. Very comfy mattress. The staff is awesome as well. Highly recommended. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Phnom Penh.

Very nice and beautifull hotel with swimming pool clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff and service. Highly recommended and also nearby all attractions.

Nice place and the staff are helpful. Rotha, the assistant manager, understands a new comer to the city's needs and made everything a lot easier. Best customer service in Cambodia to be honest. Rooms are nice, clean and wifi is decent.
