This hotel is good but as someone said more three star than four. When we checked in we got two single beds despite ordering a double but this was quickly amended. Staff are friendly. Our bed was very comfortable and the room clean and modern. At night you have to ring a doorbell to get in which we didn't realise. It was broken so we ended up locked outside for a few minutes until someone noticed us locking. My girlfriend had to break a $100 note but reception claimed it couldn't be done as they only had $50 which is highly unbelievable as they accept dollars in payment, and it's a hotel, and they are meant to have an exchange. Breakfast is nice - a mixture of Asian savoury food and sweet European stuff. There is a small multi-gym and rooftop bar/pool too which are easy to access and use.

The hotel is old and not up the the four stars category. Breakfast is very simple, not bad food but extremely poor choice. Waitresses are nice and helpful. Room service not quite so good.

The staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy. The hotel is located in the centre of Phnom Penh. Price-quality is really good.

Great expierience! Wonderful new hotel with 15 or 16 floors, gym rooftop pool, conference/cinema room. Rooms are cosy and very well equipped. Everything is done with high quality materials. Location is good, not so far away from palace. 15min walk to the royal palace.

Nice place in a central location in Phnom Penh, close to most of the attractions of this exotic city. Comfortable and with a good relation quality price.

Managment asked me to change the room due to leakage twice in the same day instead of doing at once. Apart from that the experience was grate. Nice and clean rooms. Skybar pool gym and hospitable crew really makes it feel like home.

Nice, clean hotel. Only about a year old. Skybar & restaurant have a nice, high view. Food ordered from the restaurant was good. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Reason for only giving 3 stars - not impressed with check-in, being asked for my passport multiple times as I'm rifling through my bags to find it after the first request. Then was told I'd have to pay for a baby cot even though I had emailed the hotel directly and was told no charge for a baby cot. Pool is small, not child friendly, and very limited shade during a hot, sunny day. After our room was cleaned, no towels were left so had to chase those down. Not overly impressed with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast staff was nice. Some of the food was good but some was just downright horrible because it had been sitting in the warming bins too long or the warming bins weren't even working making the food cold and disgusting. For a 4 star hotel, I find this unacceptable. We paid a reasonable price for the hotel so hard to complain too much, but at this price point I know I can find an equivalent or better hotel closer to everything.

Brand new hotel! The staffs were always smiling!
Room was not big but enough space and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. No breakfast buffet yet, however there are some selections can order. Quite nice stay!response / report this review -
