It looks like a guesthouse like any other that you can find in Cambodia, however the owner is French-Chinese-Cambodian and he makes all the difference.
Not only the guesthouse is clean, but the service there is really good. The owner is always here to help the guests. He is a 5-star hotel concierge service in a simple guesthouse. He is multilingual French, Chinese, English and Khmer and he always manage to find solution for any problem. Thumbs Up!response / report this review -

Really kind, french and english speaking staff, clean room and bathroom. They helped us look for a bus to Poipet just to help, and without economic reasons.

centrally located pension/guesthouse. the staff were very nice and helpful. the room had double bed with fan and a/c, but no window, which is necessarily an issue since the main 136st can be noisy at night.
the bathroom was new but the sink hole in the floor had alot of hair and gunk clogging it, and the room floor was not so clean so - 1 point.response / report this review -

the most friendliness place in asia good value for money and good location next riverside markets bars,.. the owner is very nice ask him for what you need he will enjoy to help you I always go there when im in PP.

Good clean, cheap place to stay. Close to the water or market or bars. Supermarket nearby. Neighbours sometimes noisy (karaoke bar). Good value for the money!
