Came here one afternoon because of the raving reviews and was disappointed with my experience. The staff there are really nice and everything seemed clean however, my masseuse was not skilled at all. I opted for an expensive package including scrub and massage.
The scrub consisted of them giving you disposable underwear to wear and nothing else. She didn’t really give me the little privacy that I would’ve liked and just told me to take off everything. Then she proceeded to put the scrub and oil on but it’s basically rubbing it all over with no particular technique. This took about 10-15min and then she wrapped me in some towels and leaves the room for about 20-30min.
Then comes back and leaves the door open while she tries to take the towel off of me. And I had to close the door because she was leaving me exposed. I felt like she didn’t really give me any opportunity to be conservative or made comfortable. She apologized, closed the door, then ushered me into the bathroom to shower (which was actually a bathtub with water and petals). Then I went back and got the massage portion and she was not consistent with doing the same thing on both sides. And she was constantly approaching private areas that I wasn’t comfortable with the proximity and I had to tell her.
It just felt like a mess with no skill involved nor any respect for the client and not relaxing at all. I felt so uncomfortable.
Honestly, maybe it’s masseuse dependent but from my experience, this establishment did not deserve the rating reviews that it has. I was very disappointed and displeased with my experience especially with the price I had to pay for it.
Oh and when I went back into that bathroom at the end to use the toilet. I saw that the water from the bath was drained and the bathroom was cleaned but the petals are still there. So they probably reuse the petals for everyone. Would not recommend this place.
Also, they have no lockers for your stuff so if you have money or something, just be wary. When they wrapped me up after the scrub and left me there someone else tried to come into the room. It was odd. But I saw them and they closed the door back (but re opened it and then closed it again).response / report this review -

The staff welcomed us very friendly with some cold water and a cold towel for our hands. We choose the Cambodian massage for 60 minutes. Before the massage starts, they wash your feet with warm water and fresh lemon. The massage was so nice! The whole atmosphere was good. You can tell that they have a lot of experience with this massage. They know how to find the right spots with the good amount of pressure. At the end the lady braided our hair. So sweet!

We bought a 60 minutes foot massage and it was great. I like that they really put the pressure on the massage. It’s was probably the best massage I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend

Nice quiet street. Really friendly staff. Great prices. Awesome atmosphere inside from furniture and lighting. Quality treatments.. highly highly recommended; especially after a day of walking the temples and dealing with the crowds!

Went to this establishment with my girlfriend. She had a wonderful time. Had an hour long foot massage, and is great to say they apply the right amount of pressure during the massage itself. The fragrant oil that they apply also had a soothing effect on my legs. Would certainly come here again if I am ever in Siem Reap.

The service is amazing. It maybe on the expensive side but their massage and services are amazing. We took an oil massage and after that they even had the provision to take a shower if required. The masseuse are pretty good and apply pretty good pressure and keep checking on you about the pressure points. I really liked it and enjoyed it.

Opted for the 60 min aromatherapy couples massage. The massage was very good and the therapists were very skilled. But they kept talking and giggling throughout and that makes it uncomfortable. Not sure why that happened. But definitely worth visiting for the massage itself.

My partner, his parents, and I went here for a 60 minute massage. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Clean, professional, and great massage therapists. The women are so polite and friendly and the skill level was much higher than some of the cheaper places we tried. It worth the extra few dollars and service! Would definitely recommend giving this place a go!

The ladies working here are so sweet, of course, which makes it hard to leave a poor review. But, I think it's important to share because we found Lotus Spa online with nothing but great reviews.
The service was sweet. My husband chose a 60 minute massage while I chose a mani+pedi with color. My experience was uncomfortable and definitely overpriced. No lotion, no scrub, no light massage. Just a a bad cut (different lengths/angles) and sloppy color with a cheap unknown brand.
The moment my husband laid down for his relaxing massage, the lady was hounding him about a tuk-tuk service for after his service. He said the massage hit all of the wrong places with no pressure. The lady was simply not trained.
We live in Asia, travel often and use spa services weekly. This was by far our worst experience and I wouldn't recommend it, unfortunately.response / report this review -

I went there yesterday and it was very good experience and affordable price. If you don't wanna spend lots of money or don't wanna go to the super cheap places (which I don't really recommend) this place is perfect. Highly recommend!
