Great hotel.This is near downtown and just a short tuktuk ride to Pub street. Near a mall. market and good restaurants. Friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast.

Excellent service and had fun with the guys at the door. In the heart of the city and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is extremely patient especially with the Russian and Chinese guests that were extremely demanding. We also purchased several items from their Kashmir site in the building. They also had live music in the evening to enjoy and sing along. On our next visit this is where we will stay.

Very nice hotel. Kind and considerate staff. A bit over our budget, but the kids loved the pool. Sauna and hot tubs are also nice! If you are not able to spend the night, you can come for the day and enjoy the swimming, hot tub, sauna, and exercise equipment.

Breakfast is quit poor, not too much choice and it was the same for several days I was there. Bath towels was not changed in the second days.
But the room is nice, clear, Staff is nice and honest

Stayed here solo while on a trip to Siem Reap in April 2016. The hotel seemed to be well-known in the local community, so arranging transportation to and from was never an issue, including going to and from the airport. The hotel is nice and clean, with staff who are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decently appointed, with beautiful hardwoods throughout. There's also a pretty good pool and hot tub which is great during a hot day. I would definitely stay here again, if the opportunity arises!

This is a very nice hotel. Just they let us stay in the new renovated room that have new painted wooden floors, the smell is really bad. Otherwise it should have been a 5*.

Good but the employee understand what ever they want. The breakfast is so delicious. Card to open your door is not working as expected. Swimming pool is incredible. Sauna and steamroom are perfect for your end of the day. The bedroom is perfect and spacious but the bathroom need refreshing.

Dated and in direct need of refurbishment. Only plus compared to other 5 star places (THIS IS NOT a 5 STAR) is the location to the city. Siem Reap has many good hotels at fair prices. Breakfast better at Lotus Blanc for example here relatively poor. There we got free massage and bubbles to drink. Same prices. Pool hot and water NOT clear. Room smelled kitchen and AC was way too npisy at 25 and low fan. Staff was mostly OK except the evening obese manager was rude about deposit at 200 $per room and hallucinated about the value of this rundown hole of 50 billion (sic!) when the whole cambodian GDP is valued at 18. Did not accept amex. 50 bil but not accepting amex. 50 bil value and caring about my 200 $. Some place. Put your money elsewhere. Really.

This is a 5* hotel with breakfast that is 2*
Found a lizard in the room. The card key doesn't work well at all. The check out was painful. The room was full of fumes as they are decorating some other rooms.
The pool area and the spa are nice. The lobby is big and has many interesting shops.
The staff was friendly.

Okay !
Lets get this straight, there might be 5 stars on the wall out side, but that's it.
Worn down and WAY overpriced for what you get.
We stayed at a 5* (Royal Crown) in Siem Reap.
Now that's where the service and the good breakfast is.
This place has 4 floors, each floor has its own non working WIFI router.
Staff speak very little English and I would wish I could upload pictures here, because when you order room service and then expect a nice meal, it's now the case here.
We are so disappointed regarding this place, especially after we are only in Cambodia once or twice a year.
We will never stay here again.

WHAT A DUMP..

Five star hotel? More like a five star descent into service hell. No hot water, no internet, mosquitoes and almost no English.

No working internet in room. Asked for help repeatedly so they kept giving me the password. Tried to explain that I had that and I was connected, but the signal was so weak I couldn't even send a photo in an email. Got no where. They then came to my room at 11pm to show me how to connect to wifi on my own computer. It was already connected - they are just too cheap to get a decent system, so it won't load anything. They couldn't understand this so left after half an hour of getting nowhere. There are backpacker hostels with better.

The bathroom is really old and the shower in our room had a broken drain and was grimy. There was no hot water our first night. Mmm five stars.

The staff are polite but incompetent. Most barely speak any English and do not understand basic questions.

The free breakfast is greasy and they don't provide enough for the amount of guests they have. Also very slow to refill things - like they hope you'll give up and they won't have to provide it. Classy.

The pool area gets very dark at night, with few lights, and swarms of mosquitoes attacking you.

Overall the decor and fittings are cheap, generic, and poorly put together. The place was built in a sleazy grab for cash from the Angkor tourist trade and they have clearly never bothered to update anything, invest in training, or keep up to date with the Internet.
