  Centre de formation adjacent à l'école PSE, ce restaurant offre un cadre agréable pour un repas.
  Le service, bien que débutant et parfois tatonnant, est agréable et extrêmement attentionné.
  Les plats sont bons, bien préparés et bien servis.
  Le cadre est très reposant, très calme, rappelant un restaurant occidental.
  Très excentré, le restaurant n'a de raison d'être que par sa proximité de l'école qui peut être visitée.

  Le Lotus Blanc is the restaurant of PSE (Pour un Sourire d'Enfant). It allows students to be trained for cooking and for becoming waitress/waiter. All PSE member, clients, suppliers, tourists can have the pleasure to enjoy the food and service there. It is a very nice food, deserts included. Next time you travel to Phnom Penh, visit PSE and try Le Lotus Blanc to encourage the students!!!

  子供達がホスピタリティを学ぶ場所として運営されているので、店員のサービスは粗が目立つところが多々ありますが、そういう点を理解して行くには良い場所だと思います。料理のレベルはなかなか高いです。
