Best rooftop bar in Phnom Penh. Service was attentive and the food quality was surprisingly good. Its a bit sketchy to reach though, have to go up the elevator and then walk through closed construction sites, and up the stairs again.

A great place to hang out and enjoy the city view at night. Food and drinks are fairly priced. They have a good waiting lounge with wifi allocated for guests who waiting while bar tables are still full. Service was prompt and the ambience was awesome. Nice thought to put a live band to entertain the guests but it would be really cool if the singer would avoid making howling noises in every stanza of the song. We had a great time hanging out friends there, definitely going back when I'm in PP again.

Amazing views, but non-existent service for our large group of 20. We asked servers to come by several times but they ignored us. Maybe it was because our group looked like locals and the staff were more focused on foreigners. After 15 mins or so we ended up leaving without anybody taking our orders.

Right in the center of Phnom Penh on the 23rd floor is the Eclipse Sky bar. It gives an amazing Panaromic view of the entire city. The food is good and the drinks are also a good list. The music was too loud for a bar where there is no dancing happening. A good place to end the day in Phnom Penh and spend good time with friends

Eclipse sky bar provide a great view for both evening and night. You can see a vast area of Phnom Penh city when you go up there. The view of the city with sunset or in night time with electric light are just awesome. Besides, the music is pretty romantic and will not be too loud or disturbing, there are some local and foreign singers will also come to sing at here occasionally. The food is not bad and the price is quite reasonable if we put the location and the view into consideration. From 6 to 12 PM is a good time for visiting. The seat could be full during weekend or public holiday periods, so booking beforehand should be a good option.

A good place to hang out and enjoy my night out on Christmas Eve, yet interrupted by people coming to your table asking for donations I wonder how these people managed to enter when we all needs to wait to be seated.

So nice view from the top of 22 story building. It is perfect in the evening, if there is no rain nor cold air like in December and January. Food and drink is like other high standard bar in town. Expat tourists should come to enjoy the food and drink here so that they could have the town view from here.

Definitely the number one rooftop bar in Phnom Penh. Professional staff and an amazing view over Phnom Penh from the 23 rd. floor make every visit special and unforgettable. The drinks are top, the bartender experienced and highly entertaining. Live events, sunset happy hours, comfortable. Gets very crowded so make sure you get there early.

This is one of the nicest spots in Phnom Penh! Here you can relax and enjoy the 360 degrees skyline. The drinks are tasty but you need to remember that you are paying a bit more for the beautiful view. The spot is also not the easiest to find since downstairs looks like a normal business hall but it is worth a try. It is also quite popular so make sure to be there on time. If it is full they will make you wait in line until there is an empty table. The food is also quite expensive compared to other restaurants near by. But I would still recommend a visit!

LOVE IT!
Random use of high location is brilliant. I’m not sure there’s anything quite like it in PP.
Best bit other than view was it was almost exclusively Local! BTW maybe the food is good or even great but this is a bar so why would you come to eat?

The most frequent sky bars I liked to go in Phnom Penh as its skyscraper height and center location of the town. Good table service is accepted but no one accompanies us to find an available table. We have to look and walk around in the dark to find one by myself. It's a bit ridiculous. Plus, the latest time I went there has become unfavorable.

Over pricing beer. No music. Bad surrounding environment. One star for the night view from the top of the tower. Waiting for 30min for just to pay a can of beer. Extremely slow service. bad service sometime I got peanut on my table sometime I have to ask so many time.
I have to say if u never try u need to give it a try once. For me ? Once only.

The highest restaurant / Bar in Phnom Penh Cambodia
With a 1 metre high ( only ) glass wall around on the 25 th floor , giving you a 360 view of Phnom Penh Cambodia.
Best time to visit is 1 hour before sunset,so you see the city ,turn from daylight into night .

Great view at sunset. We are traveling on a budget so my husband and I only had one drink but it was definitely worth it for the experience and atmosphere. Drink prices aren't too bad, 30% off at happy hour. It is more of a flash place. We had delicious tacos at the restaurant downstairs.
