The hotel sent a tuk-tuk to pick me up to the airport but the tuk-tuk driver dropped me on the boulevard to attack another tuk-tuk driver. I had to jump out of the tuk-tuk and run like the wind.

When I arrived the hotel, I told the staffs about my story but it seemed that they did not care much about customers' safety.

Named a three-star hotel, but a lot less than Bopha Pollen. Staff members are not very caring and friendly either.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is good. Guests could walk to the night market in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days. The room was a bit dark with few lights. The air-conditioner didn't function well but the manager helped change another room in short time. All the staff and services were good. They even helped book a Tuk Tuk to Ankgor Wat at quite low price. And the breakfast was ok. We enjoyed our stay here.
