This was my first trip to Cambodia for 4 days. I did not prepare anything, except booking my stay with Arthur & Paul, including the transfer from the airport. I am glad I for the transport, since I heard later from a friend how he got badly cheated when he organised it himself. The A&P is in a central location with the charm of a big, private home. Also my room was big, I got a free upgrade. Besides the sleeping room, it had 3 additional small rooms: entrance, toilet and shower. Everything was lovely decorated. They serve a big breakfast and the manager usually came for a chat, giving me great advice what I could do that day. A&P is a gay place with a nice swimming pool and a sauna. This has the advantage that when I came home in the evenings, I could make easily contact with some locals. Very convenient. Last but not least, A&P has a friendly and helpful staff. A&P is a bit expensive, but worth every cent.
Our little piece of Paradise!
This was our 3rd holiday at Arthur and Paul hotel and we're looking forward to our next visit. Thanks to Thibaud and the boy's for maintaining their very high standards in creating this haven. We have stayed in several different rooms during our visits and on this occasion we got to view the remaining rooms. Thank you to the whole team..

GOOD
A boutique gay hotel and spa with a swimming pool. Interestingly designed architect. The hotel is a bit pricy for budget travelers, but the spa can be accessed with small entrance fee where might be quite interesting in the after work hours.
Very nice place for relaxing
Convenience. The hotel is about 20-minute drive from airport, and is close to almost everywhere that interests me. Hotel also arranges airport pick-up for USD15.
Hospitality. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They deliver extra clean towels and water at request. They can also carry good conversations in English and done Chinese.Â
Bar. Then have a full bar and a long list of drinks. Price is at the right range.
Massage. In house massage service can be booked until after 11:30pm. I had a very good oil massage by a masseur from India. Highly recommended.
Pool, steam room and Jacuzzi. The pool looks beautiful with lighting in the evening. The steam room area is a bit smaller than I expected. But Jacuzzi is gigantic. I noticed several local patrons between 5 to 10 pm.
Room. Mine is Pierre & Gilles, a very spacious room with high ceiling, with many framed artworks that many you maybe familiar with. It has a overhead shower and a side shower system, a separate toilet, plenty of space for privacy.
Overall, I had a very good stay, felt welcomed, and I'd recommend Arthur & Paul to my friends for their future stay in Pnom Penh.Â
Great inspirational design and architecture. Just love what they did with this former school. The lounge-bar area below swimming-pool level is just a fantastic idea.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious. A must see
