Hotel is very clean, all staff is extremely polite and ready to help. Room is very big with real hot water, excellent bed, balcony a quick market attached to the property with very fair prices. Aircon was not so great and there's no good restaurant around, where you should take a tuktuk or Uber that will cost $2/$4 each way to go to restaurant area or take your chances with local food that is really close to the hotel.

Hôtel et chambre superbe,
Par contre, emplacement pas approprié pour faire du tourisme à Phnom Penh (quartier populaire et excentré).
Parfait pour un transit en ville par exemple (avec pick up très appréciable).
Personnel sympathique.

Clean, friendly and informative staff. Not so ideal location for tourist, a little far from the city centre, the nearest is Aeon Mall (5 USD tuk-tuk ride). There is a local market Chbbar Ampov, an eye opener 😉 (3 min by foot). Airport and bus terminal shuttle provided by the hotel is really helpful! The free sim card too 👍🏻

New and clean boutique hotel with friendly staff to help navigate the complexities of tour arrangements. Free airport transfer is awesome.
