Room is big and clean. There is quiet. it’s easy to go BKK and find something to eat.
Quite nice, with the rooftop bar, surrounding is good, and here not so crowded, we can come with colleagues and have a business talk
Good service good place
Cozy, clean, economic French style hotel
Like those French built hotels in Africa, nice choice
My favorite place for quite and peaceful place to enjoy in the evening. Fresh air and nice view of the city. The price is surprisingly low
This is the one of good hotel I ever meet. It is a quiet place for living in personally. The most interesting is Skybar, it didn't big one but we can sit and discuss sth, fresh air, reduce stressed and good for alone life and couple.
It's where you can enjoy your Friday night with good classic cocktail.
Nice place with lots of useful shops and eateries around.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Great value. Good location. Friendly staff. Great rooftop bar.
Located in BKK3 area..
Next to restaurant, cafe and business center..
Skybar on the 9th floor.. open until late
I've been staying at this property in the past 4 years when I'm in Phnom Phen, it is not a budget Hotel but its far enough from the " No fly zone " of the River Side , I love the suite with a nice balcony, it is located in 310 St. that is the center of many NGO's, International schools and the city is keep expending.
I would not recommend to eat the " Free " Breakfast, i love to get out and enjoy the local ice coffee and a nice fresh bowl of rice noodle soup instead of eating very basic western breakfast .
The Rooms are nice and clean, The staff is friendly however be careful not to fall into the tourist traps from the front desk to the Tuk Tuk drivers that work exclusive with the hotel ( this is happening all over)
Last advice, when it's time to get a ride to the Airport, don't ask them to arrange a ride, they will call a " friendly "driver that will over charge you and split the profit with the front desk, I insist to ride with a Taxi meter and i pay 1/2 price ( around $8 ) if you asked to pay more. then you been caught in the tourist trap. after all its a good place to stay.
Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and walkable distance to S-22
Decent sky bar view. Probably a good venue for a small party.
Hotel is decent, breakfast is good. The only thing that puts me off are the tuk tuk drivers who wait at the front of the hotel. They jack up the price for foreigners and after you negotiate a price with them be very careful when you return back to hotel with them they all seem to ask for more money and have excuses. If I were you I'd walk down a few metres and give the money to those guys instead they are more giving and not as money hungry like those at the front of the hotel. I've had my fair share with 5 drivers there and they are all the same. No more! Most drivers are happy to take $2-3 those guys double the price and charge you for pit stops there and back. And very cheeky to want more money from you when you return.
I booked through Agoda which seemed to not go through so they were scrambling to find me a room. Night staff & bellboy were nice, morning staff was not as friendly. Room was clean, rainfall shower & had good room service from the rooftop restaurant (do not order a smoothie though, it tasted like it had expired dairy). Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard as a rock. Worked for the one night I was there before leaving Cambodia but wasn't my favorite.
