Booked there 6 nights for my family who came to visit me in Cambodia. The first 3 days were awesome, the staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was good (toast, jam, omelette, bacon and coffee/tea). We then left for a tour and went back to the hotel only after a week. Strangely enough things had completely changed: the manager wanted more money per room/per night (even if we had agreed on the price before), breakfast only had a dry toast and jam and they had stopped cleaning the rooms (no towels nor toilet paper). It took lot of patience to ask for things which are usually taken for granted! At least the room were very spacious and beautiful and they organized a fair priced airport transfer with a van for my whole family of 7 (super punctual!). The van also waited for me while I said goodbye and drove me back home (he was nice).
