Coming from Japan, I have very high standards for cleanliness, this definitely did not meet my standards. However, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Also, instead of using the taxi service that they offered, I used the app called Pass App (exactly like Uber for Cambodia) and got half the going rate for taxis!

Room wasn't clean but they made us check in anyway, dirty towels and dirty bed sheets, no windows and it was not mentioned when we reserved. There is hot water for 10 minutes then it's getting cold, staff sleeping in the lobby..
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Fabulous hotel at a budget price!

Very comfortable rooms, bed was amazing! Good air conditioning, fridge, shower was powerful.

Riverside location is amazing with great view of the river - walking distance to main sights (National Museum and Royal Palace very close, night market and Wat Phnom not much further).

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it highly

Best place to stay in Phnom Penh

Comfortable and clean hotel in a very convenient location for eating out, shopping, sight seeing ,etc.. Room decoration and views were super nice. Deluxe King room with balcony is facing sun rise. Great location, Free WiFi, Friendly and helpful staff.

It's a new hotel run by a family. Location is good. Paying more, you can get a room with river view. Yet, you'll have to stand noises from tutuk drivers on the road at the same time. There's special design for hot water. However, the counter won't tell you till ask
