It's a five star hotel and one of the biggest in Cambodia. Huge facility with beautiful river scenery. There is a sky bar where u could enjoy city night view from another side of town and taking fresh air.
Great property across the river. Excellent view from rooms. Its at the intersection of 4 rivers. Huge swimming pool and big convention hall.
Nice lobby. Spacious rooms. Impressive views from the room windows. Lots of options for activities.
Great view. Rooms are very spacious. The room I stayed at room which have both shower stall and bathtub. Can enjoy the outside view while taking a bathe. Food are served in buffet style. Food are great and the staffs are attentive too. They have both bar and nightclub on the top floor. Love the experience.
Great value. Superb location. Amazing views. Helpful staff
Great food at their Chinese restaurant. The best chicken and corn soup. Peking Duck was sensational. Fresh prawns from the fish tank, cooked with ginger and shallots. All cooked perfectly. Delicious. Highly recommended.
Hotel is huge but so empty inside. The swimming pool is the largest I have ever seen. However, the breakfast was disgusting, rotten egg, broken coffee machine, not enough food (some leaves decoration on the food counter instead of real food!?!) and very slow service. The beef in the lunch was even worse. Not a 5-stars hotel food and service at all. Not recommended.
Best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel !
Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly - very professional. The room and ensuite was luxurious. We had a wonderful time and can recommend for a special romantic night away 😊😊
The hotel is new with a wonderful view of the city from the other river's side. The neighborhood is quite. To reach the fun zone there is a hotel's free ferry, this is little caotich but OK. There are also shuttle buses to the city.
Fantastic hotel. Rooftop dinner was good. The view was breathtaking
Took expansive for the car.
Also, the schedule is waiting too long for each round trip. Now, we have one bridge. Traffic is bad of both ends. Many people do not the existent of the ferry. Traveling to the ferry from highway 6 has to go through the bayon round about.
Maybe, the ferry schedule can be every 45 minutes or 1 hour waiting.
Also, busy hours are between 6:30 am to 9 am/ 4 pm to 7 pm. They should be every 30 minutes?
I would like to see everyone is happy and enjoy driving and coming and going between the Pp city and the provinces. Traffics prevent people getting the car and go up visit places. No happy life.
This hotel is fairly far away from the center of the city (30min by tuktuk), as a consequence their prices for everything at the location is really high $$$$, even for a 5star hotel. Talking about the 5stars, you would expect a world-class customer service - however this is not the case, if anything unusual happens or you want something that is not a part of the standard day-to-day routine of ANY employee at the hotel you can expect it to fail.
Everything else is really good, rooms are of high quality and the hotel in general does deliver a high standard.
One of great hotels in city. You can just go there for eating your meal. It locates another side of river. Great atmosphere. Good service
It's a truly amazing hotel. Housed 370 of us on a church missions trip with Kingdomcity.
The toilets are truly amazing. They automatically open for you and I half expected it to talk to me.
Stay here, you won't regret it.
Very nice hotel with modern luxury rooms. The main downstairs areas are very spacious and not too many people around - at one point we had the large swimming pool pretty much to ourselves (near the end of peak season). The main downside is that the hotel is on the other side of the river from the main tourist attractions and going by road takes a very long time. There's a regular ferry service but it's all a bit of a hassle and we would have much preferred less glamour and more convenience. As expected some of the pricing here is well overboard - for example we were quoted in the region of $170 for a private car to Sihanoukville which usually costs $60 on average for the exact same service. A nice hotel but all in all not the best value for money and could be much improved if it wasn't in such an impractical location
It's a very remarkable hotel. Located at Mekong River delta will give you ultimate sight seeing experience to royal palace
Very big hotel with nice view.. but the wifi is not stable and check in process wasn't quick. Good location and very big rooms and beds with a view on the river
very nice hotel, facilities are good, gym is big, staff are kind and breakfast is delicious.
Oh my God! Brilliant and super nice view from the front and roof top, natural fresh air, a little bit expensive foods and drink but yummy and taste. Let give a try!
Very quite hotel because is another side of Phnom Phen city, you will enjoy the besst view of Phnom Phen in the morning and evening Room is large with good amenity and fast free WIFI also enjoy the large swimming pool
5 star hotel. Excellent Lanscape
Big and expensive. I didn't stay here but I went to the spa which is good quality. The whole place is good and upper class. Quite a contrast to simple dwellings and boat people right next to it.
Situated on Chory Changvar which is a really pleasant peninsula between Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers.
Very good hotel with very big room and great view
You can see the nice view of Chaktomuk river from this hotel.
This is such the best hotel and specious for both parking and organizing big event.
Five star hotel in phnom penh with best view of river
I stayed for a couple days in regards to a forum. The room was huge and amazingly facing the river; I must say pretty spectacular. A little far from the airport but overall you would feel the lux of Cambodia by staying here. The buffet during breakfast was amazing & I truly love the interior of their lobby.
