Good hotel. Central, easy access to the main Monivong Boulevard, not noisy at night and safe. Good eateries within walking distance. Le Duo Italian is just down the road, maybe 500 m. 15 min walk to La Residence French restaurant and to Magnolia Vietnamese restaurant. One street up and down from Princess Hotel. Tour Le Jour bakery next door is heaven-sent. Rooms a bit old but clean. Breakfast is the usual greasy noodles and eggs. But Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is just across in Phnom Penh Towers and the French bakery next door. Also has a massage parlor.
