  Have previously eaten a fair amount of authentic Cantonese food and when I saw this restaurant in Siem Reap I was eager to go there. I was however very disappointed with what I found. For the price in Siem Reap the quality and authenticity of the food is very poor. My order was mixed up several times and and when it finally arrived it was not what it said on the menu. Wouldn’t recommend. Over priced.

  We visited the branch in Siem Reap next to the museum. As a Cantonese that was born and raised in Canton, I can confidently say the 'Cantonese ' cuisine that Crystal Jade served was an insult to my hometown.
  The food was tasteless, dirts on bowls, staff mixed up orders twice.
  Avoid this overpriced restaurant.

  Our favorite Chinese restaurant hands down. The noodle soups are just divine and the dim sum top of its class. The salt encrusted diced tofu is also extraordinary. Simple but really awesome food. We eat here at least once a week!
