Super friendly workers and reasonable price if you get discount in expedia. Typical single room hotel. It could be little noisy from outside if your room is at the edge of the hotel

The staff here are the friendliest we have encountered yet! They were always so quick to greet us and talk to us about our day. They also helped arrange a tuk tuk driver for Angkor Wat, who we used for three full days. The driver was excellent and so friendly. There were always drivers at the hotel, ready to take you wherever you wanted to go at decent prices.

The room was large and nice, although it could use a deep cleaning. The walls were a little dirty, as was the bathroom. And there was no soap. The level of cleanliness is standard for southeast Asia though.

The restaurant was cheap and service was great. The food was good, nothing special. The pool was nice but it's right at the front of the hotel and the privacy isn't the best.

The cleaners did leave our window open and we didn't notice until the evening. We had already been in and out of the room a few times, and being on the first floor, we were really surprised to find that this happened. The windows are blocked though so no one could have gotten in. Also the wifi does not work well at all on the first floor room we were in, but it was fine in the lobby.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel, mainly for the super friendly staff.

It is price worthy. Breakfast served are not so bad, coffee though aint steaming hot. Their staff are friendly helpful, they also speak English. Rooms are wide enough it has the basic necessities that a traveler needs.

Nice location, about 10 blocks from the old market, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. Just don't book the floating village tour with them. You'll be taken to Koplong Phluk wich is king of a tourist trap

We booked online for King bed for 3 rooms. When we got there the front desk staff told us they had only twin beds left (which we already paid online!!). I told him that we aren't happy and we are going to rate you down if we don't get the rooms we wanted. We end up got 2 king bed and 1 twin bed. FYI: you need to make sure to get your money back if you don't get what you want and book elsewhere ( see what happen). But over all I love the customer service!

Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything basic you need; albeit nothing super fancy or luxurious. Staff are so lovely and go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was nice but a bit inconsistent - couldn't predict how your eggs would come and they struggled a bit during busy periods. Overall, a nice hotel for reasonable price.

I love everything here. Each time I go to Siem Reap, I stay here. Rooms are large and come with good prices you cannot find in Bangkok. Friendly staff. Their inclusive breakfast is also very good. Not a problem with hygiene. Highly recommended!
