This place was great when we visited 2 years ago, but has gone way down hill since then.
The room smelled bad and was nothing like the pictures - Bed as hard as a rock, pillows haven't been replaced ever. Sheets were changed every day, but all of the nice stuff we had on the first night (big thick towels, hand towels, face cloth, etc) were replaced with one cheap thin towel on day 2. Shower was mouldy and wasn't cleaned at all during the stay. Pool water was green so didn't take a dip, didn't risk eating in the restaurant (I saw no one eating there the whole week, so can't imagine how old their food must be).
The original owners no longer run coolabah, and frankly there are much better places to spend your money in serendipity beach.response / report this review -

Stayed for one night and felt really comfortable. This place has a nice pool. it's quiet, clean and comfortable. Wifi was good.
