The customer service at this hotel starts the very minute you step out of your car, nothing is too much trouble for anyone here.if you take a dip in the infinity pool and look out to sea . You really do feel like you've hit paradise

What a fantastic experience. We have stayed in other "beach front" hotels in SHV, and I must say the service and food on Holiday Palaceis 100% the best out of the group. Having rated many, many, hotels, this one is definitely a return.good job well done to all at Holiday Palace.I wont go into details about food standards or cleanliness, because I couldn't fault anything.stay here if want luxury at a fair price.

This is review only for Lotus restaurant, inside hotel. Dour, cheerless service, but not rude. I went here for the dim sum, which is served daily until 8pm. The usual dim sum selections, priced $1.50 - $2.00 per basket. 10% service charge.

Horrible hotel. Bed are as hard as rock. They have beautiful pool looking out to the beautiful ocean, BUT you can't take pic of the pool. Horrible ! I have not seen a hotel (even Marina Bay Sand with their infamous infinitely pool) telling you can't take photo of the pool. I am definitely not coming back here.

Always love hanging out here because of the great view and good food. Holiday Palace houses two restos and a coffee shop that we often keep on coming back for. There's Palais Coffee which serves my fave banana cake and mocha frappe. Lotus resto that serves international dishes like Nasi Goreng and an array of dimsums which tastes really good and reasonably priced. And there's Aqua resto which serves my fave tacos and fish & chips and just a few steps away from the beach. HPCR has an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the beach which is really awesome during sunset. Restrooms are clean and free wifi too. So this is one of the places that we frequent in SHV. ❤

Very bad experience. We came to this hotel and resort thinking about a very nice stay.it turned out that they had made a new year party for their staff. They had a live band awhich shook my entire room. I had put up with it until 11:20 P.M, then I called the front desk
They told me the party would last till 1:00 A.M. I said what about your guests? Nothing he could do!!!!??? I wished they should have given me a fair warning about their party when we arrived.
Past my bedtime, I had to stay awake all night long. And they didn't even apologize nor compensate for their stupid mistake. Overall they didn't really care.
