This place is awful. The music is so loud that everything in the room is rattling (not an exaggeration). It sounds like the window might break at any moment from the shaking. Unfortunately I am stuck here for 2 nights. The rooms are extremely basic and not particularly cosy.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review. The rooms are very old and the interior is partly broken. The mattresses are saggy and the air con takes ages to cool down the room. The WiFi is only working in public areas.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, therefore: two stars

The place is really dirty. When we arrived we found a dead cockroach under the bed and the toilet was old and with a lot of fungus. When we informed this to reception they did nothing. Another situation we lived is the bed had a broken support which made it very uncomfortable.
In general, too expensive for the quality of the room!

We've never checked-in yet in this hotel so i can't really rate the rooms but we have tried the resto. It was a bit crowded when we went on a Monday.. there was a live band playing that time so everybody was having a good time and the ambience was chaotic. Service was a bit delayed due to the volume of customers. But i must commend the waitresses cause they were very accommodating. You could tell that they really aim to satisfy their guests by doing their best to serve the orders as fast as they can.

Very good hotel on serendipity road , close to golden lion circle/ beach/ pub street. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is huge and refreshing. The bar had a foreign live rock band which was top and the bar staff is entertaining and kind. Good is a bit expensive compared to neighborhood and the breakfast was some kind of confusing because of two menus. One given by the waitress, while the second given by a Russian guy who obviously operate a food booth in front of the hotel. He simply replaced the first breakfast menu. The offered breakfast was expensive and not that big or wow, the Russian style potato salad was only a spoon full so we went to another place next day. Still 5* for the hotel itself

Helpless I arrived with no car park available. Called the reception with no answer and no call back. I gave up this hotel after 30 minutes driving around just to find a car park so that we can stay.

Simply this hotel is not welcoming to people that have their own transport.

Nothing special, my room was very loud.
There is nothing special to say about that hotel. The service was alright and my room was ok as well. The location is pretty good, in 8 minutes you are down at the beach. What I didn't like, I had a very noisy room!

Great pool and decent room. AC was loud and rattled all night. Our bed was very firm and our friends next door's bed was very soft. Good hot water and a nice spacious room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights for 25 bucks a night in the rainy season.

Good hotel and good location, we enjoyed very much with everything, the hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Smile all the time we met. Services is very fast, highly recommend
