The rooftoo bar is the most interesting place. Atmosphere is the only thing there.

Great hotel in the city centre. The rooms are big and clean as well as being very comfortable.Excellent staff on the front desk. There's a building site opposite but I've not heard any noise from there. Looking at the skyline there's new buildings going up all over , so I think most places may be close to a new development, that said I would definitely not be put off the Balconitel because of the building work.

Their location is fantastic as the hotel is close to all major attractions and nightlife. Rooms are very clean with all the basics. Included breakfast was delicious. Staff are very kind and friendly but could use better English speaking skills.

A nice hotel with great staff. The rooms are attractive, but it is starting to show its age in the bathroom and on pool furniture. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend it as a great value in Phnom Penh!

The online presentation of this massively undersells it. It is a 5* plus at 3* price. Phenomenal finish to the rooms and communal areas, huge breakfast with excellent choice abd helpful staff. Thank you

Nice modern hotel in good location with the rooftop bar and jacuzzi. Staff was friendly, but some spoke limited English making it difficult to plan trips/book tickets with them.

Balconitel Boutique Hotel is located at st. 278. There are 5 types of room that you can choose. The concept of the hotel is derived from Cambodian concept. Moreover, there are one big swimming pool on the ground floor and a medium size pool on the 9th floor. You can enjoy cocktail, shakes, wine, and food as well. Most importantly, the staffs are really helpful and friendly, and the environment is so relaxing. If you are looking for a room in the middle of the city, this hotel is recommended for you.
