Pictures don't match the REAL room you get - worn out and dirty rooms. Avoid this property, you have been WARNED! Never again!

Stayed here February 20 thru 24 2018.

Booked on priceline for $19.00 usd per night.

The room apparently cost $44.00 usd but 55% discount.

The staff are definately friendly and accomodating.

However this hotel is very old.

Mosquitos in room, everything in room 204 was/is , or has been broken and repaired. However everything did work.

Shower has 24 hour hot water.

No lift but the is very indicitive of this country, no biggie.

It is right on river front road, very convenient.

The photos of the rooms are exactly what you get.

S uprising ly this hotel is "guest friendly "

Bottom line:

For 19.00 usd, ok. I am sure there are better options in phnom phen but since I don't spend a lot of time here and don't know the area for me it was a pretty decent place. I would definately not pay more for this place.

No lift.
Have to pay extra usd3 early check-in at 12.00 noon instead of 2.00pm. Other hotels nearby in my experience need to pay nothing if check in as early as 8.00am provided no other customer in the room

Affordable hotel right along the river and right next to Paddy Rice Bar & Restaurant. Opt for the rooms with street view. You won't regret it. It has sort of an quaint and honeymoon-ish feel to the rooms. Huge plus that staff is really friendly. And, there's a pool table on the 2nd floor.
