  The room was comfortable, however amenities were lacking, an old TV and old Bar fridge were in the room, and the 2 bedside table lights didn't work (one was missing a lightbulb. But for a cheap place just to store suitcases and have a sleep it's good

  Great view of the Riverfront walkway. Small rooms. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Some deferred maintenance. Website needs improvement. Difficult to book reservations other than in person. Wifi is good but cannot connect on some older devices. Luggage storage available. Front desk will arrange transport for you if you give sufficient notice. Lots of restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Tuk Tuks and car transport available just out the front door. Multifloor with no elevator. Public exercise machines just across the street. Increased traffic in front as time goes by. Recommend for single or couples. Maybe for small adventurous families.

  BE AWARE!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AT COZYNA!! WE WE'RE THREATENED THAT WE COULD NOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY AS HE WAVED THE COPY OF OUR PASSPORT. The General Manager & the gentleman that works the front desk are very bad people. We used Agoda to book for Cozyna, when we first arrived the lady was really hospitable & nice. We stayed for 2 nights before leaving for Vietnam. As we checked out, the front desk gentleman asked us to pay, we showed him our receipt from Agoda. But he refused to accept this and proceeded to ask us for cash. We also showed him our bank account where the money had already been withdrawn but to no avail. He then had 3 of his staff members block the door and told us he would not let us leave. He then proceeded to cuss at us & kept threatening us all while waving the copy of our passport. Being that we had a bus to catch in 15 minutes we were left with either paying him or having some form of physical confrontation. I truly felt like not only taken advantage of but this was a regular scam that they pulled. Because he did say he had to keep taking negative reviews off agoda even though his whole argument was he doesn't use Agoda even though we showed him on the website. The only reason this has 1 star is because it would not let me leave a zero star review.
