  Been to Phnom Penh 5 different times on short term mission trips. Always stay in inexpensive hotels. 9 dragons has been the best of the lot. If you are on a budget, I would highly recommend it.

  Awesome green curry and some good Western dishes too. Hotel clean and organised but a bit pricey since caters for expats. Has pool and exercise room. You can use the pool for a small amount even if not staying at the hotel.

  Good foods and drinks at acceptable price! Been going to this place for several years!
  One great advantage about this restaurant is it is always open all year round though it's national holidays!
