We booked online but the room was not ready when we checked in. The room was not clean, toilet was filthy and the pool was dirty. Far from paradise. Only positives staff and a nearby restaurant call Capt Ghims - good service, good food, varied menu and amazing prices!

Very clean rooms with a/c. Great pricing with convenient breakfast included. Pool was large and cleanstaff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Very good for the unbeatable price which is about 25. It's nearby the port where you can take a boat to the Rabbit Island.
The neighborhood is still undeveloped, so it's a peaceful quiet place.

I stayed there 2 nights with my friend.
We booked a sea view room on Agoda but at the arrival it was no seaview room available. But for the2nd night it was ok.
The hotel is very quiet because not in busy area.
The room is clean and functional. Wifi works good. The breakfast was simple but excellent.
The kindness of the staff and the owner is huge. I'll stay there again for sure when i come back to Kep.

Hotel area looks nice and the rooms are big. It was quite and the bed was good. BUT the water pression of the shower was so low, I could not wash my hair and water was not hot. The air in the room was smelly. They did not clean our room. And the breakfast was very lousy.

Owner is very nice and welcoming. Swimming pool and garden are magnificent. The rooms are equivalent to the price.

Very friendly owners, but quite dirty small swimming pool if no t many guests are staying. They don't clean the pool regularly. Rooms are okay for the price.
