Worst hotel. Centipede in room, changed rooms but no hot water, kept Awake by monkeys And breakfAst poor. Pool only good thing here.

Avoid this resort. We had booked for 4 nights but left after the first. Looks good on pictures and the pool and views are nice. So is the landscaping. Mattresses are so hard I considered sleeping out on the pool chairs in the middle of the night. I’m used to “Asian firm” standards of mattresses but this is like a plank of wood with bedsheets on top. Sheets are sweaty polyester ( with fancy custom logo on them). Electricity and plumbing need a big upgrade. Tiny boiler in the shower gives you about 2 min of hot water. Breakfast was the worst we’ve seen so far in Cambodia. Didn’t try the food in the restaurant after seeing the outrageous prices. The staff is friendly but it would be great if maintenance didn’t start their work with ladders and electric tools outside your window at 7.00 am

All in all a superb location with great potential but needs a big upgrade, especially considering the prices they charge.

We were at Vanna Hill late September and during this time we felt like we weren't wanted as guests. The views are really good and it has loads of potential. There was no cleaning done in and around the pool however and we were told by management that none of the food was fresh. For $50 a night in Cambodia we were expecting more than this. Wouldn't recommend.

Very relaxing and well maintained resort in Kep with beautiful tropical surroundings, great view of the sea and a huge swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to return here!

I could stay here forever. The best pool and view. So peaceful. Walking distance to crab market, beach and you can walk around the national park direct from your front door.

This place has been run by a number of people over the years and at one point hit a low. However, the owner is now running the place and it is doing great again! Generally speaking, the staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The highlights of Vanna Hill for me are the beautiful sea views (though not right on the shore, the property is high enough for spectacular sea views, and the huge and very well maintained pool (also with a view). Best to choose you room carefully, as there are different sizes, styles and age (some of the older rooms need to be updated). Enjoy!

VHR is quite good; large, comfortable rooms that are well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff (which seems to be rare in Cambodia). Nice big pool with kids pool attached.
They upgraded our room because the lights in our original room weren't working so well. The included breakfast is better here than other places. They seem quite happy to cook extra food/coffee for you. If you are lucky enough to stay during the busy periods, then they put on a breakfast buffet to rival Verandah Resort (depending on your tastes of course!).
Easily the best place guest house that we have stayed at in Kep.
The only let down was the restaurant (for lunch/dinner). Food and drinks are expensive and small portions.
