Have been visiting mombasa since 2013 and i really appreciate the support of front office staff. Have brought students here for overnight on our transit to and from Nairobi and the stay has always been good. Recently i brought my family for holiday and they really enjoyed the stay here I appreciate front office staff like Nancy, Wycliffe, Moses and Immaculate as well as Anderson of cateringthe Hotel has great minds, kindly retain mentioned staff and you will thank me later. How I wish other Sentrim hotels offer the same customer experience.
