Just had a lovely stay at this hotel. Awesome surroundings, the pool and the beach is lovely. The staff were great, really attentive and helpful, the food was really nice, very tasty and well presented. The rooms were spacious and always clean.
My only problem was the few (5) channels the TV had, no international channel only locals. All in all a lovely stay.

This is neither a bad nor negative review. It is an honest review.
The receptionist were warm and receiving. The entry though looked deserted and lifeless. Cleaning and dining staff were unfriendly to say the least. The rooms were surprisingly okay. But faulty A.C. and a fridge that didn't work. No hotel shampoo or showergel. It says it has a fridge but the fridge doesn't work. The room had no welcome package; the guidelines on timings and facilities and the reception wasn't keen to provide that.
Food was terrible. Same food all through. No change stale fruits the beef tasted not fresh at all. You cannot enjoy eating here.
The hotel had no friendly access points for persons with disabilities. Too many stairs.
A small pool that had no baby pool. Coupled with absence of activities the place cannot accommodate children.
Be sure that a white guy will get more attention than a local tourist I guess our money wasn't good enough.
Pool gets closed for treatment whole day and you're forced to go to a neighbouring hotel.

awesome view of the sea. great breakfast monkeys swinging. staff are very polite. rooms have a view of pool or sea. they have pool games and a swimming instructor for free.

Friendly and hospitable service. It's a quiet resort in the middle of much busier and expensive places. They have a decent pool, bar, conference centre, and spa. The food is good but there are few options outside of set mealtimes. The rooms are clean and are being updated so the hotel will have newer air conditioning units soon.

This hotel has the best set up.. Looks more Arabic and ancient like Meters away there is a beach.perfect place to stay.. Price is quite affordable The meals are quite a delicious

Rates for the hotel were very reasonable. for our group of 17 and the service and meals excellent. The hotel management arranged for a boat ride to the marine park and evening entertainment during our stay.

I certainly won't mind going back to the same hotel next time I am in Mombasa.

The access to the beach was convenient but the hotel needs to be remodeled. The room we were assigned was under par. Old towels, overflowing shower and the bathroom smelt moldy. For me the wifi worked at the lobby and the dining area. I would only recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

A very big hotel with many rooms. However poor service and concern from management. A colleague was robbed of valuables from her room at night while sleeping. The management didn't work on restoring the lost items despite the police being involved in solving the case.
