Great place located in the heart of the town of Mombasa. The place has a terrace swimming pool. It also has a gym, steam and sauna. It also has an in-house casino that is open to the public. The rooms are a little small but overall service is OK. And the downside is that one has to pay for using the WiFi services. It also has a conference centre that is ideal for businessmen coming here for meetings .It also has a restaurant on the terrace.

Serene location. Helpful staff led by a very efficient hotel manager. The roof top bar is excellent in service, with a small but clean swimming pool. Upgrade is required on the bathroom: showers to be specific.

Poor service, average food. Low on cleanliness. Conjugated rooms. Only advantage is that it is centrally located. I asked for milk creamer and I was told it is out of stock. Laundry service was not available, I was asked to call at 6am and check for the same. Not such a good experience in Mombasa. Rooms not up to the mark, poor Air Con. Soundproofing is also poor. If you have work around the town. This is a good option.

The rooftop restaurant is where all the action is. Great staff. Excellent service and the a la carte menu is extremly delicious. You'll enjoy these beautiful mombasa scenes at night or better yet in the day you can dip in the small sized pool.

Clean and well designed rooms. There is access to cable TV. The hotel is located in the CBD why makes it easy to conduct business within Mombasa. There is free access to the gym for residents.

Absolutely shocking the room started to smell like sewer, told the reception and someone came and sprayed air freshener which of course worked for only about 10mins. Had to leave the light on in the bathroom and closed the door so the vent can suck the air out and got packing in the morning to change rooms. :(
2. I went to ask for an extra towel just the one extra was asked series of questions felt really lucky to pass through to get an extra towel.
3. Breakfast is ok but tables always missing something or not cleaned up properly. No one comes to offer you tea you have to find someone.response / report this review -

It is Conference conscious. It is suitable for large businesses meetings. Plus their services was exceptional. Quick food service. Rooftop; swimming pool and bar / restaurant. ☺👍
