Marcus has exceptional customer service. I requested for a bouquet of lilies for a loved ones birthday and they delivered! A beautiful arrangement delivered the same day I ordered them. Professional communication via text, email and phone. 5 gold stars for exceptional and reliable service. Thank you! Being far from home, I plan to use SendFlowers again and again.

My flowers and wine was delivered on time to my loved one. The account manager was in constant communication with me. I remained informed until the package arrived at the destination. I would recommend anyone to use sendflowers anytime.

Excellent service! Reliable, great customer service, and they always get the job done. I've been using Sendflowers.co.ke for the past five years for every time I need to send flowers to family and friends in Nairobi. And I do it from overseas without any problems. Great team over there!

It's a hit or miss with this place. A few times I've used their services over the past few years I had no problems but then when I tried to do it more recently their web store would not work. It would crash during the checkout showing an error indicating that their store had not been set up properly. After trying both Safari and Chrome to no avail, I tried contacting them via WhatsApp shown on their website. I explained the situation, sent them screenshots and asked them to get back to me to let me know if that situation could be solved since I really needed flowers to be delivered during the next day. My messages were read right away, the person on the other end was online but nobody even tried contacting me. Not then, not next morning, not ever. They clearly don't care about their customers. So be aware, it will all be fine until something goes wrong with your order, because when it does, they won't care.

PATHETIC!!!! PATHETIC!!!! PATHETIC!!!! Most useless florist I have ever encountered. Doesn't pick calls, flowers were delivered 3days later than the scheduled delivery date!!! PATHETIC!!! Does not deserve even the one star. Had to click on the star for the "post" button to be activated!!

I ordered roses and called in to confirm that they could be delivered the same day as stated on the website. They said the were fully booked and couldn't deliver so i cancelled the order over the phone. Didn't hear anything and the roses were delivered anyway, but the the next day. I emailed but no response and no refund.
