1. Flowers by cathy treat their clients with no respect and do not uphold professionalism especially if they are demanding payments from the bride and groom.
2. We were not given any contract or agreement to sign as an undertaking.
3. We paid them 75% (265,764/-) of the full amount way before our wedding day.
4. We were harassed by cathy and threatened by her director husband to pay the remaining balance of 25% (115,748/- ) on Thursday evening or they pull out. She refused totally to accept our plea to pay her on Monday the following week. Friday was our wedding day and we were very busy and stressed out and our marriage ceremony was early Friday morning we didn't want to make trips to the bank and line up on Friday morning. She refused to understand. Total amount for wedding decor with them 381k. The wedding decor ideas were ours we went back and forth till they got it right. We felt that is how she treats all her would be wedding decor clients (as thieves). Do not use her services - what a shame and disappointment! From suppliers like her that greatly value money over customer service.
