I highly recommend this company! The floral arrangement was lovely! The internet had an issue with processing my payment but they went above and beyond to ensure that my order arrived on time as well as helped me to complete the payment appropriately. This is the third time ordering with this florist, unfortunately, this was a disappointment. The flowers sent were smaller and packaged differently than what they showed on the picture that they had. I would wish that you deliver as exactly as what you show your clients that you have on pictures.

First time using their service and it was a marvellous service and top quality flowers plus gift. Ordered a Valentine's day gift for my love in Nairobi while in UK. RED Petal florists came through nicely by responding promptly and the whole transaction was very smooth with clear communication. Hi. I ordered some flowers for my mum for mother’s day. I live in the UK and was not sure how this would work out, especially explaining the delivery address! I got in touch via WhatsApp and my questions were promptly answered. I paid in dollars via PayPal and it was really easy. My mum was so surprised and happy to have got her flowers. Our Son and Daughter-in-law just had a baby in Nairobi and we live in the United States. We really wanted to send flowers but have never ordered over the internet. Red Petal Florists was the first one to show up on the google search and the ratings were great so we went for it. Have used red petal florist twice now - would definitely recommend! Offer both a quality and timely service (on both occasions, have needed a "same day" service and red petal did not fail to deliver!). Great work guys!
