  Simon was very helpful and even changed some fruits for me due to personal preference. Very good communication and i was kept updated toll the fruit hampers got to my patient at the hospital. Top notch seller and will use them again. Thank you very much, my patient was very happy.

  I placed an order online from overseas and had trouble completing the transaction. Within minutes of sending a message, I was assured that everything would be taken care of and that the flowers would be delivered promptly as requested. He sent me alternative details to complete the transaction and before I could finalize payment, the flowers had already been received and I received a photograph of beautiful flowers and a beautiful smile. Great customer service!

  Usually never leave reviews, i had to create an account specifically for Simona Flowers I was so impressed.
  Excellent Service, could not believe how well the customer service team responded when an item was accidentally left out of our order.
  Package we ordered was gorgeous, delivered the same day, arranged beautifully and our receiver was very impressed at the quality. Highly recommend. Thank you!
