A good hotel located in a peaceful and clean part of Nairobi. Excellent customer service - All members of staff that I met were pleasant and ever ready to help. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished. The beds are comfortable. There is hot water in the washrooms at all times - though the room I stayed in had issues with drainage. The rooms don't have air conditioners but have ceiling fans. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite basic and just ok. Remember to carry your insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes at night.
