CgCheap than other keading hospitals with good turn around time

Took 1 hour to be registered- the ticket machine was out of order and no one at the reception​ gave a hoot-my kid sprained her foot we ended up chucking the facility 3hrs.later-they even CHARGE parking!!!

I have been here 3 times now and I only have good things to say. The staff and doctors are so friendly and treat you very well. The pediatrics wing is amazing, the pediatrician took time to explain every detail. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone

Services at ENT clinic are good and efficient. The staff are cooperative and friendly. Although requires some waiting. They also offer advanced hearing tests by an expert audiologist.

I love services at this facility. Some specialized services are only offered on booking. I don't endure long queues here. It comes at a high cost too.

The hotel has modern medical facilities and also has a wide range of medical services from dentists to doctors to opticians among many other. The hospital also has sufficient parking but at times finding parking might be very difficult.

Horrible Hospital , Bloody cheats . I went to the OP emergency requested for a dermatologist as I my spouse had skin problem with extreme itching. The reception says they cannot refer to a dermatologist but need to visit a normal physician . They charged me 2000 Ksh after waiting for almost 2 hours - 1.49 min precise . I meet a doctor name Mr. Malik . He hears our issue and then writes a referral letter to a dermatologist and send me to the same reception . They say the dermatologist is on the other wing /clinic . This information he could have given 2hours before and without charging money . I go to the next clinic the person says the dermatologist is only available 2 days later . I need to come 2 days later no booking allowed .
Tell me folks why did I give this hospital money so that they can tell me to come after 2 days !!!. and with no doctor number or prescription or solution to the existing problem.
Please avoid in all circumstance !!!. All doctors seem novice . If it was another country I could have sued for such mal practiceresponse / report this review -

Service is ok, the staff is fairly professional although some the admin at the cash desk may come of as cold, if you're going to take my money some friendly customer service goes a long way, especially when sick.
They MUST upgrade their bathrooms and clean them better. Nothing as off putting as a dirty bathroom is a health care facility.
The wait times are too long.
