Your receptionist are so pathetic , I visted your place on Monday ..after being referred for Echo test , at the reception the lady had Avery bad attitude not ready to explain to me anything I asked it was " leta ID ya magonjwa , enda ulipe pale asking about the amount atimeandika .the No.were to huge I was discouraged coz it was 1990891 I left the premises so low just to realise is wrong information she gave me coz of her attitude .I felt so bad. improve on your customer care service especially at the reception pliz we are on 21st century don't take people for granted.

Pathetic customer service, the ladies at the reception desk never attended any customer service class rude and very unhelpful with simple basic inquiries, this clinic or hospital is interested more in your money above anything else you can't swipe or lipa na Mpesa which is weird in this digital era.

Slow customer service and inadequate facilities.
Volume of customers seeking medical care isn’t planned for in this small Clinc. Misuse of German name which dupes customers into believing it’s sponsored / in partnership with a German entity. Efficiency that is linked with German reputation does not exist.
I do not recommend this healthcare provider if you have the funds or option for another.

Worst experience I've ever heard in a hospital I'd rather go at kikuyu hospital than this piece of junk. No social distancing, patients are taking of their masks without giving a care and the customer service is just horrible there are very rude staff. I seriously hope I never have to come to this hospital again!!!!

Terrible customer experience!!!!!
Pathetic customer service, very unprofessional reception staff.
Disorganized client flow, longest turn around time and worse is the C.O.O Joseph couldn't help, but top it up with sheer arrogance.
Medical services are long behind been rendered casually, we need to adopt best business practices aimed towards customer satisfaction.

Very horrible and they lack professionalism especially the ladies at the reception, they talk to patients carelessly and don’t even care. Had to wait for 6hrs 40min for MRI report after the Doc told me it should take 2-3 hrs only for me to keep on asking and my MRI scan is at the reception.

Services are cheaper but the place is very disorganised. Staff are poorly equipped and I noted one receptionist snapping at a patient whose records couldn’t be found. Please organize for a que management system. Also have clear direction on what is done where.

OMG, worst medical facility ever been to. They need to cut back the waiting time by at least 8 hours 😬; take Joseph though professional etiquette course - very rude, at best seen walking and chatting around; while the rest of the staff with exception of the receptionist maybe approachable, they need a credibility course - honesty and truth is wanting 🤬😬. If they love keeping people there all day, they should at least invest in comfortable waiting bays with free WiFi where someone can work as they wait. Waiting for hours while standing, is just way way below standards.

Horrible! Terrifying! Worst experience ever, at your own risk! Most unprofessional and rude staff. I waited an entire day and still left without the results. It was either that or more hours waiting. No one, I mean not even one of all the staffs in that facility speaks the truth about how long the waiting takes.

If you want to pass time sitting on the benches as staff keep on cat walking throughout the day,then German Medical Center is the place to visit.Staff will assemble to gossip while patients line up at unmanned desks.You are sure to get better services from KNH.

This is a medical center that treats with MRI, XRay, Ultrasound and CT scans. The facility is fully equiped and have patients working round the clock. The management is also very supportive and organised.

It's a good medical facility. It has many clients especially this time the nurses are on strike. Medication/ medicine from the centre is superb. Services are slow and can be improved. Lavatories not to standard bearing in mind one can be sent to give a specimen. Needs expansion to accommodate the crowd that flocks there.

Worst experience ever!!!! Unprofessional staff at the reception, no order to see the doctors. NHIF patients are given zero priority. Have been here since 8am and it's 9:30 pm and no service yet!!!!
