I had my daughter at this hospital in 2015 and found the staff to be amazing. Even the security staff at the entrance are happy and helpful. Nurse Diana in Maternity Outpatients was so wonderful and followed up my issue that it gave me confidence to book in there. The technology and attentiveness of nurses, midwife and admin staff was great and best cakes and cocoa served too. Nurse Evelyn in Maternity Ward was brilliant and went beyond as well.

Completely horrible service.if you are sick and need emergency medical care kindly don't come here. I went and waited over 2hrs just to see a doctor and they were only 4 ppl ahead of me when I cem to the hospital. The staff are not bothered if you are sick or how bad it is they mostly just sit there and talk and laugh.this is truly disappointing that you would take people's lives as so much ease and not care.i wanted a refund so that I could go to another hospital but they refused to give it to me and said I would have to wait or go now tell me is this really normal for such a high end hospital ?

Very unprofessional! After going there thrice, they still hadn't confirmed with insurance and made us wait again as they did so giving us back and forth answers. Very unprofessional!

Its a business guys like any other business.. unfortunately we had to stay 2 more nights for no reasons . For reasons they were convincing us to have.and to do extra tests bad experience

Worst experience. Cant be admitted because they cant reach the medical director or his secretary as my doctor is not in their list. But theatre confirms I was booked by the same doctor a week ago. How do you confirm booking and later cancel without advising your doctors and clients?
Is it possible for a hospital not to have a manager on call?
Well been sent home without any treatment and i just lost 5 hours of my life!!response / report this review
