Their flower collection is awesome!!! They have planted a wide variety of beautiful flowers outside the hotel, at the grand entrance, at their restaurant, swimming pool area and on every balcony. They make all the difference!

Their swimming pool is also great to relax in!

It's really a nice place to dine and to hold meetings. They have clean conference halls with all amenities that you may require. Further, I would recommend you try their decacies. You won't be disappointed.

This superb place continues to improve and keep up-to-date. The modernizing propensity of this hotel is unique. However the hotel has miserably failed to address the mosquito menace. Always go in fully prepared with own mosquito repellents. Get the spray to apply to clothing you wear because they got some very aggressive insects there. Moving indoors doesn't help as the insects simply follow and start biting shoulders and feet first.

One of the oldest hotels in the capital of Nairobi set in a fine location in Hurlingham district providing easy convenience to the trendy scene in Kilimani area as well as the Upperhill business district.
They serve delicious afternoon snacks, best enjoyed while seated in the serene swimming pool area. It is moderately priced and excellent for small meetings including family meet ups.

It is a nice place, not newest in town, friendly staff, clean rooms, food menu is good. Only the official rate is on the higher side, compared with similar facilities in Nairobi. But check around booking websites or their own website, sometimes you can find a good deal

Conveniently located near airports. Great all you can eat breakfast with lots of variety. Staff and security are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are OK. They have air conditioning in the rooms, which is nice (and rare for Kenyan hotels). The bathrooms were the biggest issue very small showers. Beds were very stiff. Overall I'd recommend this hotel if you're planning a stay in Nairobi. It's very safe and comfortable. It's not a "top" hotel as you would expect in some places, but it's a good home base or overnight stay if you're planning a trip.

Excellent decor and spacious modern meeting rooms. Must be under new management. The food is fresh, sizzling and excites the palate any time of the day. The staff is courteous and service almost personalized. Security is top notch with CCTV surveillance.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed is a little hard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and steam room/ sauna is great. Breakfast is delicious and the bar next to the pool is lovely in the evenings. Known to have good security as well. Aircon in rooms but with work desk space but overall rooms feel a little small.

I had a very brief stay at the Silver Springs Hotel between a flight and a road shuttle and I had a pleasant time there.
The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the amenities you'd expect from this category of establishment.
Breakfast was varied and rich in quantity.
The staff was very polite and responsive throughout my stay.
The hotel building and structures are a little dated and it's starting to show, especially in the bathroom plumbing, but that may be just the added element of African charm you will be hard put to find in the newest properties that are sprouting up all over town.
The only aspect I'd advise management to look into is the humming sound coming from the minibar, which for my sleeping comfort was just a few decibels above acceptable, and it may be annoying for other guests, too.

My perfect destination for all things including business. Good buffet, clean environment, good service. Has gym, great rooms taxi available. Accessible to town and hurlingham and yaya centre. There's a hospital nearby. Super!

Very quiet and the rooms are really neat. A LA Carte menu takes 35 minutes to get to done. Staff are very friendly. Taxi are available 24/7 at affordable rates. The security is also quite detailed. Good work Silver Springs Hotel.
