It's quiet. People have quality traits. Along the beach
Great facilities and decent food
Warm staff welcoming experience Wonderful food beautiful views awesome rooms affordable prices amazing stay would definitely be back
The price for a B&B being (less than) half that of most other hotels on the strip, I would say that this is a fine hotel to stay at, if you budget is limited. It is, however, run down, and don't expect any culinary wonders. But, on the up side, the pool is great, right on the beach and the beach bar, although I did not drink anything there, seems well-stocked. And, within 3 minutes walking, you have many great restaurants. The rooms are fine. Nothing special, nothing exceptional. As said, the ideal place to stay if money is an issue.
I liked everything about this place. Massive swimming pool, lots of activities inside the hotel itself as well as around it. You can choose to swim in the ocean or the pool. A well stocked bar and their food is amazing.
Mid range hotel. Struggling to reestablish itself. Sacked top GM overseeing renovation. On its deathbed.
Was there with my family. What a great place to be. Rates are affordable, perfect food, good environment and lots to see. I enjoyed my stay.
Its a great place to go for a weekend getaway or even Christmas and New year holidays. Access to a great beach with plenty to see. A lot of water sport activities but best to come armed with cash. Cool weather too.
It was abandoned when I got there..on 23rd Dec 2016. We had to check out the following day.
Nice place, wouldn't call it cozy though. More of an assembly line approach.

Nice place at beach side but food is not so good rooms are cleaned
It's cool. Favourable for a group getaway from the bustles and hustles of the town
It didn't feel well kept. It was quite affordable but did not thrill at all. The buildings looked faded with no character, nothing spelt fun or exciting just gloomy and worn out.
Okay. You get what you pay for.
We stayed there on December 31 and paid $150 a night/ room/ double. Not a bad price for that date compared to any other hotel in Diani.
The service you get is pathetic so don't count on it.
We took 2 rooms and in one of the room the air condition was horrible. In the other room, there was no hot water. Also, the water coming out of the pipe has no pressure.
Hotel has 4 floors but no elevators so be prepared to walk. We got the top floor so we also got awesome views of the beach and hotel.
Food is edible but we received lobsters at the end of our meal so that was the highlight. Lobsters were delicious.
The biggest thing about them is the lack of co-ordination. They're not working as a team and thus leads to inefficiencies. For instance we complained bout the A/C but no one came to fix it or dinner would be served late or the kitchen is always closed.
Its not the best but its not the worst either. Have fun!
The hotel has affordable rates. The rooms are very clean and the amenities are well maintained. They make good meals and the beach is splendid.
