A lovely restaurant, right in the beach. We had excellent seafood and atmosphere.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the cocktails, they were a bit watered down. Overall highly recommended! I'd advise booking if you want a good spot.

This has got to be the best beach bar in Diani! It's at an amazing location, with nothing but white sand between your drink and the water. The service is great, they have wide range of drink options and the food is great too. And it's soo relaxing, get the right spot and you can be there for hours!

Surely an amazing hotel of its own class. Amazing rooms, Great artistry in the rooms, the hotel is set in a natural forest on the world famous Diani Beach in Southern Coast of Kenya. Great for family and honeymooners.

We stayed at The Sands at Nomad Diani Beach in December 2017 as a couple (no kids) for five days and had a great time. We had booked the forest view room and were upgraded to the room which overlooks the pool - very much enjoyed. We purchased the half board, and you're able to switch out meals if you wish. The food is very delicious, and we found the drinks although not included to be reasonable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beach is gorgeous and is right there. We have recommended this place to many friends and would love to come back again the next time we're in Kenya.

Great restaurant, good, yes, really good food (probably one the best on the Diani strip - choice and quality wise) and a wonderful setting, right on the beach. And if you're traveling with kids, they have a nice little play ground to keep the little ones occupied while you enjoy the view :))

White sand beach. Clear aqua blue sea. Breathtakingly beautiful view. That's what this place provides. Would go back to this place just for the view. Food was average or maybe I was just not paying attention to it :p only downside that I could think of is that on a windy day it could get little sandy and occasional visit from monkeys (this was definitely not a downside for my one year old). Do carry your sunglasses if you are going to the restaurant for lunch.

Lovely, intimate boutique space with friendly staff and incredible food. I enjoyed every minute. Watch out for the monkeys though They'll grab your food or drink it you don't pay attention

The Sands is just lovely. The ambiance is breathtakingly picturesque. We got to enjoy a delicious meal right on the beach with the cool sea breeze cooling us down from the hot December Sun. The booths that look out into the ocean are particularly relaxing. It can get a bit windy though, and the sand does get EVERYWHERE, but that's a tiny price to pay for the experience.

Was am amazing holiday at the Sands. The staff was super friendly, the Manager is really cool, we had the Manager's cocktail at the poolside which was awesome. We stayed at both beach cottages and Sea view rooms, and I highly recommend it. We were satisfied with our stay there.See you soon NOMADS! We will definitely come back.

Now here's Beach Dinning risen to the epitome of a cut-above the rest. The view, the ambiance, the welcome greeting sets the mood.
I have always enjoyed their Chateaubriand cooked just right and served with wholesome sauces and sides, like nowhere else on the Coast.
While chewing on the steak sip some Merlot or Shiraz and you'll feel your intestines' blessings.

I would definitely recommend The Sands at Nomad: the hotel is located in an idyllic location at Diani Beach. The bedrooms and common areas are very clean and the food offer is fantastic. The highlight of the hotel is the customer service. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the second we arrived until the minute we left.

I would love to go back one day!

A nice hotel right at the beach in Diani. A little bit worn, but still very nice and the staff are very friendly and service minded. The hotel has its own restaurant that serves great food with the same friendly service minded staff. There are also a 24h bar, massage sender and diving senter. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. A great place to wind down and just relax, maybe after some active day's of safari.
