Quiet place for a relaxed cup of tea. Pleasant staff
Nice hotel.Food is goodAmbience good!!! Staff is friendlyHas a good hall upstairs, for Events etc
Hotel Kunste is situated along the Nairobi - Nakuru highway , few metres from the highway, and about 3kms from Nakuru town.
The place is cooled by lake Nakuru breeze which is about 4kms from the hotel. This gives you a superb environment for enjoyment as you relax either in their nice painted spacious ventilated rooms, or at their flowered quiet compound.
Gym for fitness and bouncing castles for children is also available.
Kunste Hotel is the place to be. You won't know the value of your money - when it comes to refreshing yourself - until you're in Hotel Kunste!
As one of the longest serving hotels in Nakuru, I must comment that they have remarkably managed to maintain the standards and quality of service. It also has added grounds for events just next to the hotel where people hold weddings and other ceremonies
Nothing to write home about. Very basic amenities. Rooms small and with 14 inch CRT Tv's. Could do much better given the location
It's an okay place just to crash. We were exhausted and didn't have the time and patience to look for a nice place. Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Meals are freshly cooked. Breakfast is Continental with an African touch. We had a Junior Suite which had a separate Sitting room with tv. The chairs are not too good. They should have put in sofas instead to relax and watch telly. Washroom is really small. Water leaking from i don't know where. Conveniently located on the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway.
The hotel has good grounds for outdoor events that are easily accessible. Food is ok and a lot needs to be done to improve the quality of food. There is plenty of free parking space and its a good place for meetings outside the busy Nakuru town.
good place to stay,parking available,accomodition 24/7
Very beautiful place. Reception, exceptional, will be glad to be here again
very spacious ,comfy ,good food, great service ..
Cool, serene and far from the hustle and noise in town
Great Hotel you have here. Have been here for about a week for Ajira Digital Training. I loved the personalized guest attention given by the staff.
Good location near Nakuru town. However, that just about it, this hotel needs refurbishing and renovation to the current tastes and preferences of modern hotels, its too dated! It has potential to do better. Nothing has changed in last 25 years. Service is good, the meals are not. Main attractions include: the garden, the bar and the suite rooms are an added plus
Oh how this place has fallen!!! Was here almost 10 years ago. This is a shell of the hotel and standards we so loved then. Service is terrible. The food is terrible. The bar with a pool table is dimly lit even during the day!!! Not coming back here for a while. Hope they step up. It is a shame. This used to be an A list hotel in Nakuru. Can't say the same now
This has to be the most spacious hotel in Nakuru but the service is a bit slow at times. The ambience is nice, conference facilities are great and the open ground is extremely nice for large crowds.
I would recommend this place if you love going out with the family during the day.
The hotel is not easily accessible when in town though a cool place
Beautiful place but, Poor customer service.
Don't waste your money and time there
