  The place is cool and nice, excellent dishes at the hotel; but lacks what a 3 star hotel should have. Poor analogue TV connection, the rooms lack bedside switch to put of the lights. No safes in the rooms, but the interior organization is excellent though. Finaly they should scrap the use of wifi because its just not working at all.

  No Wi-Fi anywhere, because even the one that was supposed to work at the conference room does not work, poor network reception all over making the stay pretty uncomfortable, nothing has been changed since 3 years ago.

  When I was on attachment at egerton University sometimes we were served or given meal vouchers to go for Lunch at Arc hotel. I am telling you it was delicious and cool place to be
