A very beautiful resort with the best service in Nakuru town. It's very close to Lake Nakuru National Park less than 5 minutes drive and you are there.

The customer service at the hotel is amazing, the rooms are cozy with king size beds and hot showers, the place is very clean and the food is to die for. There is enough parking space and the conference rooms are worth value of your money

Main reason for going there is the children's park and swimming. I love the size of the swimming pool. It's clean and the changing rooms are as well. It's a lot of fun

Paid for my kids swimming but the pool was packed with school kids the whole day so mine couldn't swim at all. They should have warned me at the reception before I paid. I usually liked the serenity but call in advance to ensure you don't clash with these school kids because your day will be ruined.
Food is below average quality and the waiter tried to overcharge us 300ksh without bringing an official bill.
The managers are polite and willing to help but the rest of attendants seem not particularly motivated. They like to talk among themselves than serving customers.response / report this review -

Good swimming pool. Peacefully camping site . The service if just perfect . Affordable prices . free parking . modern gym available with a kids park . If you are looking for a place to finish the week in style , their is a bar available

The kind of relaxation at Kivu is unparalleled, starting all the way from the security receiving you at the entrance. I did have a problem with the fact that they only accepted mpesa payments at the swimming pool entrance which meant that people had to go outside, but they've since fixed this by introducing the agent at the entrance. There's mixes playing at the pool and a couple of dancers thus keeping the place lively. The food is amazing and service commendable. I currently only visit when I've really got to, but would have been a regular if I stayed nearer. Cheers though, to the great service you guys offer.

No TV in the rooms, no lounge But very nice kids play area with lots of options like merry go round, bikes kids pool etc.

It is a cool place where you can unwind, there are also welcoming staff serving tasty food and and all sort of drinks. If hot there is a swimming pool, if chilly there can hold events. Not forgetting security is better and hence peace of mind.
